The EIPASS 7 User Modules certification is in line with the relevant, european regulations, the e-Competence Framework for ICT Users (e-CF) and the DigComp Framework, and is recognised by the Ministry of Education (MIUR). It certifies the possession of intermediate skills in the use of ICT tools and is a valid qualification for the recognition of grades in schools, universities and competitions. It can also be listed in the CV under Digital skills.

- Workers, qualification valid for CV quality and professional productivity;
- Professionals, a title that facilitates European mobility;
- Public or private companies or vocational studies, qualification of its employees, to increase the standards, productivity, performance and level of services provided.
Acquiring and certifying IT skills is the first step for anyone who wants to access or retrain in the world of work.
In the Europass Curriculum, the most widely used European CV model, there is a specific item “Digital Skills”, in which it is requested to include the qualifications obtained and the related IT skills.
